Nicholas W. Sardelis owner of Delta Contractors, LLC was born and raised in Winchester, VA. Nick graduated from Longwood University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and then returned to Winchester to pursue a career in the construction industry. While working for a local commercial general contractor in college, he found great enjoyment not only in the construction process, but in the relationships that he began to form.
His career began in 2002 as a Project Manager for many types of commercial projects: churches, schools, medical spaces, restaurants, animal shelters, historical renovations, and many other specialty buildings. His career path also brought him into the development end of construction, where he oversaw multiple development work from empty fields to completed business complexes. Along with managing projects he was tasked with estimating. During this time, he was able to develop relationships with many subcontractors enabling him to assemble construction teams of design professionals and tradesmen to complete any project and bring the clients dreams to reality.
Completing projects in a timely manner and within budget have been a driving goal for Nick. For the past half-decade Nick has been mainly focusing on residential work: complete house remodels, kitchens, decks, bathrooms, windows and roofs. No job is too small and all take the same amount of care and dedication to complete.
After many years of working at other local firms and urging from friends and family, Nick decided to bring his dream to reality. In October of 2013 Nick created Delta Contractors, LLC, a small local general contractor. Nick holds a Virginia class A license. Nick wanted to create a company where he could put care into each project that he is associated with. He feels that every client deserves the honesty and exceptional work needed to create an atmosphere where future relationships can grow.
Nick lives in Winchester with his wife Anne Warren and two children, Sydney and Alex. He enjoys spending time with his family. Nick is an elder at Opequon Presbyterian Church in Kernstown where he was the chair for the buildings and grounds committee. He also coaches wrestling at John Handley High School.
